I got quite a few bids on my furnace install, there was over a $800 difference between company's and a whole slew of sales tactics. I did my homework and knew what I needed. When Home Furnace came out they didn't send a tech or a sales rep, the owner came out. He proved to be very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on things I did not need.
