The crew came back to remove some old ducting and replace with new as we originally agreed. We thought that portion of old ducting Read More ducting was actuall ok. I used Home Furnace Company back in the late 70’s for my first house. Fast forward 40 years and when my current furnace failed, Read More I called them. I quickly got a house call and quote for a new system to replace a 26-year-old furnace (which was no longer supported by the manufacturer). Within a few days, they installed a quality Bryant furnace which is far superior to the old one. Other companies had long lead times, but Home keeps a lot of units in stock so they can get you back up and running quickly. A couple days after the installation, I noticed a slight whistling sound when the furnace was running. Brad came out immediately and figured it out and fixed it in 5 minutes. (It was a gas pipe, not the furnace.) Great customer support.
